Biggest problem contracts without a plan

This process is designed so you can tell all your problem contracts have been reviewed. The contract at the top is the one you are losing most money on. We suggest this alert comes from your CEO to the VP of Service. We allow you to store an action plan with what is going on and the plan to fix it. Tackle just 1 or 2 per week until the list is complete. Contracts that are still a problem after the review date will show back up with details on what your plan was.
