There is a check box on the Billing/Contact tab on service contracts labeled Bill Contract. If this check box is turned off then the contract will not show up for billing in the Contract Billing console, regardless of any other settings. But all sales orders and service calls will show as zero charge covered under contract. Contract administrators wanted this alert daily so they would know if another user in another dept or someone inadvertently turned off this check box.
