To alert when a call is Marked Incomplete for parts but tech has every part needed to complete the call in his car stock. To help manager watch for incomplete calls which appear the tech could have completed. It is possible tech has parts set aside manually for a different call but this alert attempts to exclude those parts actually assigned to or used on other open calls. IMPORTANT Note: This alert assumes you are linking Transfers and/or PO Receipts to Service Calls in all cases, otherwise it will trigger 'false positives' when the required item(s) arrive in the tech's carstock.
