Same Part Number Causing Reschedule for Parts (tech ordered part) twice in 30 days

This alert is to let you know when a technician is unable to complete a service call as they don't have a part they need and this happens more than once in a month for that same part number. Suggestion is that you add that part to that tech's car stock. This alert runs monthly on the 2nd and considers all invoiced activity in the previous calendar month.
