This is a report for reps to use to do account reviews with their customers. Other than the usual metrics we've added a lot of additional information we believe sales should be reviewing with customers. Which of your Key Services the customer is not using, if contracts are using too much toner, highlighting low profit contracts, detailed survey and customer satisfaction data, detailed lease and service info so the rep can run the numbers, highlighting problem equipment, meter source information to review problems, estimates etc, billing accuracy and lots more.
This is an on demand SSRS report run from the SSRS reports folder, option to set up your CRM and install a 'button' for your reps to run directly from the CRM for their assigned accounts only.
