Larger customers may want an Excel version of their contract invoice so they can bill their internal depts.

This alert emails your contract contact an Excel file based on invoice reads per the contract invoice meter billing tables. It uses the same distributed check box that the invoice print routine provides to allocate the base/overage charges across the equipment by color according to the % of clicks each machine ran against the meter group totals matching the eAutomate invoice printout. We also provide you an On Demand SSRS Report to run manually as needed.
