Excessive Toner Orders

Worried that your toner is for sale on eBay or that your toner is going into equipment not under contract with you? This process does the math for each sales order entered, checks how many toners are ordered against the clicks produced and averages the volume if more than one equipment on the contract could take that toner. If excessive, then it notifies whomever enters the order immediately, you decide what's excessive, our default is more than 8% fill. If you have contracts with many devices that use the same toner item and since this alert fires for any sales order where the toner shipped vs. actual clicks are out of range, you might be getting this alert multiple times a week on the same contract . We have an optional variable6 where you would enter in the Attribute name of the custom property attribute you create (numeric value type) to associate to contracts with many devices. That attribute custom property (when associated to a contract with a value > 0) should be named something like 'ZCJDaysBetweenTonerAlert' and it's to tell this process to only fire a new toner usage alert for that contract if the last toner usage alert was more than the # of days specificed.
