Convert Sales Quotes for specified creatorID(s) to Sales Orders (In development)

11/22/25 This process has stayed "In Dev" since we released it several years ago although we have a handful of clients live. The industry is moving to a model where the device determines when it needs a toner and we don't want some "random eInfo order" that has no checks, just some user saying "more toner please".
This process will convert quotes into Sales Orders all while ensuring it has the correct contract linked, correct ship to location etc. Please see ID652 for when orders are injected (not quotes) that need updating.
