This alert is to be used in conjunction with surveys you might want to send out on Sales Orders. We must have valid contact records with email in e-automate associated to your sales orders to enable surveys. So this alert will notify the designated users whenever a sales order is created but a contact record is not associated or is not valid so that the sales order can be corrected. You have the option to exclude entire Customers from triggering on this process via a Customer-level Custom Property specified in Variable W, or exclude individual contacts (for instance, those who do not have an e-mail address) by assigning them the Contact Category specified in Variable Y. It may be worthwhile for you to use the same Custom Property/Contact Category you use to exclude people from ID200/Shipment Notification, ID216/Sales Order Received or ID220/Sales Order Survey. Or you may find in more convenient to use different ones (the defaults above do not match those of any other process). This alert checks for Order Types that contain "suppl".
