Drop ship orders fly outside the radar of most dealer's typical sales order process. With this alert an automated email will be sent to the Sale Order Contact as soon as the tracking details from POP is recorded into note on Sales Order.
This alert requires you to link the sales orders to the PO's and that you set PO Processor to push note with shipment/tracking details.
