Terminated Contracts Overview
Output Type: Email
This will report a list of contracts terminated for the period you specify grouped by termination code to give you an idea of why you lost them and sorted with the highest revenue at top so you can see what it is costing you. We are discussing the option of sending a survey to the contracts where the termination code is 'lost to competition'. Use ID587 for contracts added/lost.
