Sales/Service messages for ITT Ship Out Equipment

Here is an all-too-common scenario when you have contracts covering locations outside your own service area: your customer calls you to place an order for supplies, instead of calling the third party dealer who is contracted to provide those supplies. 

This alert will use Custom Properties on the Equipment Record to look up either AP Vendor or Customer Number to determine the 3rd Party ITT Dealer and uses another Custom Property to indicate if supplies included by 3rd Party ITT Dealer. We will automatically insert message "{ID594: Contact XYZ Dealer at xxx-xxx-xxxx for supplies and service :ID594}". The process wraps the message between the ID594 characters so that the message can be 'removed' if the ITT dealer attribute is changed and/or the supplies included yes/no is changed to no, or if the equipment is no longer active.
