If you use Kyocera Fleet Services to monitor your devices, getting that data into e-Automate manually is time-consuming and easy to let slip. ID240 connects directly to the Kyocera Fleet Services API and pulls device data into the background, making it available to other CEO Juice processes automatically.
On its own, ID240 doesn't produce any output - it's the foundation that other processes build on. Currently it feeds meter readings into e-Automate via ID968, with toner supply order creation via ID634 and Power BI dashboard data for ID147 and ID774 in development. You'll need to be subscribed to ID240 and ID968 for meter integration to work for example.
This process integrates with the Kyocera Fleet Services API and is required for any other CEO Juice process which will leverage KFS data. See Related Processes tab for integrations available.
