The Cost Per Copy Overage report sends an alert to the sales rep on the account to have them research the reasons for a sudden change in overage percentage (both up and down). Use ID320 to tell us where you keep the sales rep information updated. ID104 was custom-built for a single client, and is not Active for general use. Other clients need to use either ID321 or ID330. ID918 is replacement to ID104
