BEI Subscribers who are using the BEI Territory Mapping Tool can download from BEI a csv file that suggests the optimal carstock for a tech based upon his/her MIF and national usages for those machines. This process involves a custom spreadsheet tool to take that file, allow someone to override the BEI suggestions and push that to a custom table. Then these new records will be processed for that techs warehouse to insert any new items into techs warehouse (not quantity!! just the item ) and update existing items min stock level to what the spreadsheet tool pushed in. We will record the items inserted and the items changed then push a report to the subscribers with the records inserted/updated showing previous min and new min. This process ties into the CEOJuice Custom 'Item PullBack Report' that lists all items for a warehouse 'over min or over max' and creates a report to request back the qty over the min or max (you specify which) and shows the Bin information for the default POR Bin for the company warehouse associate to techs branch. You can also 'enable' or 'disable' (VariableW) an email of all tech warehouses on the first weekday of the month showing last time this event updated their min/max and last physical count sheet posted.
