This alert is only for people using the Net Promoter Score question on your surveys...'how likely are you to recommend our company to a friend or colleague'. If someone responds to the NPS question and scores you a 9 or 10 out of 10 (a promoter) they are likely big fans. This alert would then send an automated email, saying "glad you like our service, we would love if you would click this link to recommend us on our Google page". We suggest the From email be your CEO/President or a manager. To receive samples of the output your customer would receive, in test mode add your email to the BCC in the subscription. Once it is live and going to your customers, you can leave your email in the BCC or remove it to stop being copied on emails to your customers.

There is an end of day summary showing which clients were sent this email asking to post feedback on your selected social media site. The summary goes to people listed in the To/Cc/BCC (when in test mode or live).
