We suggest that once a prospect becomes a customer that the key information fields like address, phone, website, etc. are set to read only in your CRM. This alert is designed to push that updated information from eAutomate to your CRM each night. We can update CustomerName, Address, Address2, City, State, Zip, County, OfficePhone, OfficeFax OR exclude any of these.
