DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS PROCESS, USE ID619 IN PLACE OF (ID52 HAS AN END OF LIFE EOL JANUARY 2026 AND WE WILL BE TRANSITIONING CLIENTS OVER TO ID619)
Sends technicians a list of purchase orders for parts that needed to be ordered on their calls today. If it's not on here, it has not been ordered (alerts looks for PO creation linked to service call). The main difference between ID52 and ID619 is that ID52 sends the tech a list of all parts ordered today and asks them to confirm nothing is missing. ID619 sends a list of parts which should have been ordered but haven't been yet. ID619 can also monitor more on hold codes than ID52 can.
