Sending Meter Reads to Other Dealers

Isn't it annoying, having to chase another dealer to get the meter reading you need to bill them? Wouldn't it be nice if their system automatically advised you of the meter read from the customer? This alert will automatically forward required meter readings to other dealers so they can bill you on machines, or so they can bill their customer (if they've talked you into collecting meters for them). The other dealer's e-mail address is set as a Custom Property on the Equipment in question (on older versions the actual e-mail address goes in the Custom Prop, not a contact name or similar; on the newest version the custom property is a dropdown where you select the ContactRecord), and every time that piece of equipment bills on a contract an e-mail automatically goes out to the dealer showing the meters you just billed against.
