Over time, e-Automate equipment records accumulate for devices that are no longer active i.e. no recent service calls, no supplies, no meter readings, not on a contract. Leaving these records active creates noise in your data and makes it harder to get an accurate picture of your live fleet.
ID157 automatically marks host equipment records and their linked accessories inactive in e-Automate based on transaction history and thresholds you define, checking service activity, supplies, meter readings, contract status, and install date. The process is installed in test mode first so you can review the results before any changes are made to your live data, so it's completely safe to have a go.
Note: this process is not suitable for dealers who have been on e-Automate for less than 18 months because you haven't yet built up a long enough period of inactivity for your records.
