This process will sync GreatAmerica Contracts & Lease information directly into eAutomate, using ID91 & ID815 processes.
We see lots of data entry issues on contracts, missing billing groups, an extra zero in overage rates, contracts taking weeks to setup and supplies shipped and not linked. Automate it and fix all this, then use ID45 to see what you are still doing manually. ID45 will also tell you what that data entry labor is costing you and what the GAL sync is saving you.
ID91 authorizes
us to get your funding data from GAL daily and push it to our Juice tables on
your server, ID815 can use that data to create contracts and leases in
eAutomate.
We are open to working with other leasing companies however GAL appears to be years ahead.
