This variant of ID706 is a quick and simple advise to your reps that a given contract has been invoiced. This alert will fire only on contracts which do not bill meters (there is no OverageBillingCycle) so that it may safely fire alongside ID706 without duplicating any output. You can specify certain ContractCodes to trigger on by listing them in VariableW or allow the alert to fire on all qualifying contract billings by leaving the variable blank.
