This is designed to keep sales reps updated on the status of their equipment order installs. The alert will fire to advise a Rep that a new install has had a specific Equipment assigned. It will fire again when it has been Scheduled. Install calls are defined as being of Type Category 'IR.' A separate task will provide a daily roll up showing a rep all Scheduled installs pending. Since you cannot link a rep to a Call directly, this alert uses the Job functionality to link a rep to a call via a Job and a Contact record. This alert look at service CALLS versus our series of alerts that look at sales orders (ID348).
