This alert is designed to give your sales rep and/or rep manager a list of calls that are on hold for parts (System On Hold Code [WP] and we suggest that you setup any other onhold for parts to have the characters WP in them as well) for more than W minutes. The to sales rep functionality looks to your ID320 susbcription.
