A clone of ID458. Notifies of any/all transfer activity in and out of bins listed in VariableW. Client uses a specific Bin to track equipment movement. Their warehouse team is responsible for managing a specific bin (used for tracking equipment). When something is transferred into or out of this bin, they wanted an email sent to the warehouse team.
