Potential Obsolete Item (per ID500) has been ordered on PO

ID500 will advise you of items that may be at risk to become obsolete (your inventory is not trending down as quickly as your clicks in the field are), but not everyone has time to read and digest such a report, much less trust their memory to recall every detail. This alert uses the same parameters as ID500 and will advise you if someone places on PO an item which is considered to be at-risk. If and when you receive the alert, you should use up existing inventory on-hand and change restock levels.
