To be notified when tracking number is missing from Shipment Record. Reviews your Shipment Records to ensure needed tracking number is entered. Tracking numbers are included on alert ID200 which sends notice of order shipment to your customers.
This is a great tool for training and/or identifying break down in shipping process.
