Similar to the service call survey that triggers when a call is closed from e-automate, this alert will send a survey when a call is closed within ConnectWise to the contact listed on the ticket. Variable 1 is where you list "board" where CW tickets are assigned to that the survey will trigger for. Optional Variable Y to exclude certain 'types' leave blank to trigger for all types. The cover email and questions are customizable.
