Alert if new eInfo Quote Created where Sales Message exists on Customer or equipment

Output Type: Email

When customers create sales orders in eInfo, then the internal eautomate users have no visibility on the Sales Messages that might exist on the customer and/or the equipment. So as the Quote is created from einfo this alert will fire and show those notes. Also see companion alert ID117. Please note: Do not use ToAddress4 as it is currently broken (2/19/16)
