Sales Order Process Status Change StepC

Tired of Sales Reps chasing you for the status of their pending orders? This is one in a series of alerts designed to advise the sales rep when a Sales Order moves to a new Status. There are eight such alerts, so that you can for instance advise the Sales Rep when a lease is approved, when Eqp is ordered, when it is received, when it is scheduled for delivery, etc as you see fit as the SO Status is changed. The alert output will provide some detail on the SO, including the most-recent note attached to it and also provides the option to show two Custom Properties as per VarY and VarZ. If you routinely track information not stored in a standard e-auto field we can pass that data on as well. Variable1 can be set to 'JobContacts' to have the alert also include all contacts associated to linked job on sales order as part of the email distribution. Variable2=enter 'Jobs' to have the alert fire only on sales orders linked to jobs Variable3 = SalesOrderTypes to trigger on, or left blank for ALL Note that this process requires ID348. NOTE: This series of alerts will not recognize certain characters in statuses. For example, if a status includes '/' it will not trigger. 

It also does not take DetailedStatuses into account. So if you set it to trigger on 'Open' it will trigger on 'Open (Open)' and 'Open (Backordered)'

The alert will email again after 45 days for the same order if it remains on the same "order status" during the 45 days.

Optionally, if you subscribe to ID959, then Variable4 below (Generate CallType(s))  will tell ID959 what 'type' of service call you want this alert status change to trigger. Leave Variable4 blank (or set to None) to indicate no service calls to be created for this status change.
