Alert tech when call dispatched to them
Output Type: Email
To send the call summary info to techs phone so that they don't have to open up their laptops to get the call information. Sends the notice to specific technicians set via Custom Property. This works by checking for calls status Dispatched and alerts the tech assigned to the call once only.
